By booking with LivetoTravel, you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms apply to all group tours, customized holidays, corporate tours, and services provided by Discover with LivetoTravel Pvt. Ltd. (referred to hereafter as "LivetoTravel"). Kindly read and understand these terms before proceeding with your booking.

Acceptance of Terms

1. Booking Agreement: Upon booking any service, you agree to abide by the terms stated here. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking with us.

2. Authority and Interpretation: LivetoTravel reserves the right to interpret, amend, and update these terms without prior notice.

3. Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances or changes in government policy, LivetoTravel reserves the right to modify or replace any terms with enforceable provisions.

Our Services

  • - Domestic & International Group Tours

  • - Customized Holidays

  • - Corporate Tours (MICE: Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions)

  • - Specialty Tours such as Honeymoon, Women’s Special, Senior Citizens, Adventure Tours, and more.

Definitions

  • Group Tours: Minimum 20 guests for domestic tours and 30 guests for international tours.

  • Customized Holidays (FIT): Tailor-made holidays designed for individual guests.

  • Corporate Tours: Tailored tours for businesses, institutions, and groups.

  • Specialty Tours: Designed to cater to unique interests, such as festivals, short trips, or adventure tours.

Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation Policy: Should you choose to cancel your booking, applicable cancellation charges will be borne by the guest.

2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation fees. You may also opt for a Future Tour Voucher for your next adventure with us.

Jurisdiction

All legal matters related to LivetoTravel are subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi courts.

4. Booking Process

4.1 Group Tour, Customized Holiday, Corporate Tour & Inbound Services

By inquiring or booking any product or service from LivetoTravel via our website, mobile app, or branch offices, you agree to enter into a contract governed by our ‘Terms and Conditions’ outlined in our brochures, booking forms, or website. Payment and submission of your information confirm your interest and acceptance of these terms. If booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Guests must be 18 years or older to book, and accurate information is essential. LivetoTravel reserves the right to accept or decline bookings at its discretion.

4.2 Customized Holiday

Craft your perfect holiday with the help of our Travel Advisors! For personalized trips, a non-refundable Holiday Design Fee (HDF) of INR 10,000 - Rs 50,000 (for International trips) applies. This amount will be adjusted if the holiday is booked within 20 days, with 10 free amendments allowed (prior to confirming the bookings).

4.3 Corporate Tours

Corporate bookings are governed by the Service Contract signed with the organization. This contract applies to all members of the group.

4.4 User Registration

Once your booking is confirmed, you can register on our website to access detailed tour information using your unique User ID and Password. Keep your credentials confidential as you are responsible for all activities within your account.

4.5 Communication with Guests

We communicate via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone using the details provided at the time of booking. Please ensure your contact information is valid and regularly checked for updates regarding your tour.

4.6 Physical & Mental Fitness

By booking with LivetoTravel, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for the trip. We reserve the right to deny participation if a guest is unfit or poses risks to other travelers. Any health-related expenses during the tour are the guest’s responsibility.

4.7 Mandatory Health Requirements

Guests must comply with travel health regulations like vaccinations or tests (e.g., RT-PCR) and bear the associated costs. You are responsible for carrying the necessary health documentation and complying with local regulations.

4.8 Travel During Pregnancy

Travel during pregnancy is not recommended. LivetoTravel does not offer specialized prenatal or childbirth services, and guests should consider the risks of traveling while pregnant, especially in remote areas with limited medical care.

5. Tour Price, Registration & Payment

5.1 Payments

Payments can be made via Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or digital apps such as PhonePe and Gpay. Cash payments are accepted under government guidelines.

5.2 Convenience Charges

For payments via Credit/Debit cards or online transfers, a 3.5% convenience charge is applied.

5.3 Dynamic Pricing

Our tour prices vary based on booking time and availability. Early bookings may secure lower prices, while last-minute bookings may cost more. Prices are non-negotiable, and no claims will be entertained regarding price differences among travelers on the same tour.

5.4 Price Changes

Tour prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in airline tariffs, fuel surcharges, or exchange rates. These costs must be borne by the guest before departure.

5.5 Taxes

All prices exclude taxes. A 5% GST applies to all tours, and for international packages, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) may apply. From October 2023, TCS rates are based on ITR verification, ranging from 5% to 20% depending on the package amount. Guests are responsible for providing accurate PAN details for TCS claims.

5.6 Online Booking

Guests booking online must verify the information provided. Misleading or inaccurate information may lead to cancellation and forfeiture of payments.

5.7 Non-Refundable Registration

The registration amount for any booking is non-refundable and interest-free. It varies by tour and must be paid in full 45 days before departure. For tours booked within this timeframe, full payment is required at the time of booking.

5.8 Registration Amount

To register for any tour, guests must pay 50% of the total tour cost within three days of booking.

5.9 Cancellation for Non-Payment

If the full payment is not received 45 days prior to departure, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, forfeit the deposit, and impose cancellation charges.

5.10 Customized Holidays Payment

For customized holidays, full payment for air tickets and 20% of the land package must be made to confirm the booking.

5.11 Dishonoured Cheques

A dishonoured cheque will incur a penalty of INR 150 + 18% GST.

5.12 Confidential Information

Guests should never share sensitive details like credit card information with anyone, including LivetoTravel employees. Always be cautious of any requests for such information.

5.13 Payment Property

All the money paid by guests become the property of LivetoTravel and are used for pre-booking services. These funds are not held in trust for guests but are used to cover operational costs.

6. General Inclusions in Group Tours (GIT)

Our group tours typically include the following to ensure your comfort and convenience:

  • - Airfare (where applicable)

  • - Accommodation in quality hotels

  • - Transport for all transfers and sightseeing

  • - Meals as mentioned in the itinerary

  • - Sightseeing as per the tour plan

  • - Tour Manager services to guide you throughout

  • - Visa Fees for Indian nationals (excluding Gratis Visas or on-arrival visas)

  • - Tips for drivers and guides

Exclusions in Group Tours (GIT)

While we offer an extensive range of services, some exclusions apply:

  • - Gratis/free visas not included in the package

  • - Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, and shopping

  • - Courier charges for any special requirements

  • - Transport to and from reporting points, unless specified

  • - Additional costs for unforeseen circumstances or force majeure

  • - Extra charges for air ticket deviations, excess luggage, or premium services like business class upgrades

7. Payment Options

Travel Loan:

We facilitate travel loans through banks and financial institutions, with equated monthly installments (EMI) options. The EMI facility is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective banks and can be availed by Indian nationals residing in India.

Credit Card EMI:

Guests holding eligible credit cards can convert their tour payments into easy EMIs. This facility is provided solely at the discretion of the bank, and LivetoTravel does not have any involvement in approval or pricing.

8.Tour Price Discount Policy

At LivetoTravel, we believe in offering value. Our discount strategy is designed to make your travels more affordable and is subject to availability:

- Discounts on specific dates, age groups, early or last-minute bookings, and group bookings

- Complimentary services and experiences are provided at the company’s discretion

- Early booking discounts, subject to terms and availability

9. Foreign Currency Component (Forex) in International Tours

For international tours, our prices include both INR and Forex components. Forex payments can be made through various means including:

- In Indian Rupees at prevailing exchange rates

- Foreign currency payment via authorized FFMC/ banks

- Foreign currency card payments (subject to terms)

10.Documentation

Ensure you have the right documents for a hassle-free journey. Key documentation requirements include:

- Valid Passport (for international tours) with at least 180 days validity

- Photo ID Proof (for domestic tours)

- Visa Requirements – Our team will guide you through the visa process. However, granting visas is at the sole discretion of the respective consulate.

11.Travel Insurance

All international travelers are required to have travel insurance. We include basic travel insurance in the package for guests under 59 years. Guests over 59 or those requiring additional coverage can upgrade their policies for an additional fee.

Minors & Foreign Nationals

We welcome all travelers, including minors and foreign nationals. For minors, we adhere to strict documentation requirements for their safety. Foreign nationals and NRIs joining our tours are required to comply with all applicable visa, insurance, and government regulations.

Tour Itinerary

Our itineraries are carefully planned to give you the best possible travel experience. However, due to varying circumstances such as state or country regulations, transport availability, and other unforeseen factors, changes may sometimes be necessary. We reserve the right to alter, amend, or exchange the itinerary both before departure and while on tour.

In such cases, we'll notify you through email, SMS, or by the tour manager, ensuring you're always in the loop. Any additional charges due to these changes will be communicated upfront, and we'll strive to arrange alternate sightseeing options where possible.

12.Joining & Leaving Guest (Ex-Destination Guests)

For travelers wishing to join the tour at the destination itself (without availing services like visa, insurance, or international flights), we provide the flexibility to do so. These guests must arrange their own flights and ensure they have valid tickets, visas, and insurance.

Make sure to coordinate with our Travel Advisors on timings and other particulars before booking. Please note that airport transfers and any additional pre/post-tour services can be arranged for an extra cost.

13.Deviation Guests

If you'd like to deviate from the scheduled itinerary, either before or after the tour, we are happy to assist with the necessary arrangements. This can include extending accommodation, altering flight schedules, or making visa adjustments. However, any deviation requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

Please inform us during booking if you have special requirements for deviation. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs, ensuring that your travel experience with us remains smooth and stress-free.

14.Post Tour Holiday

At LivetoTravel, we offer our guests the opportunity to extend their holiday through our Post Tour Holiday packages. You can continue your vacation at your desired location or explore new destinations after your scheduled group tour ends.

  • Planning Your Post Tour Holiday: Inform your Travel Advisor during booking, and we'll help with flight changes, visa extensions, and more.

  • Customized Options: Choose from pre-made packages or create a customized holiday experience.

  • Important Note: Post Tour Holidays are independent trips, and inclusions/exclusions depend on your itinerary.

15.Airline Information

Seamless Air Travel

LivetoTravel ensures your air travel is as smooth as your vacation. Most group tours include flights, and we handle all the details for you. However, for our flight-inclusive packages, here are some key pointers:

  • Ticketing: We book flights well in advance and ensure the best possible fares.

  • In-flight Meals: Meal requests can be made during booking, though availability depends on the airline.

  • Baggage: Stay informed about baggage allowance for both international and domestic flights.

  • Airline Upgrades: For those looking for added comfort, upgrade options are available upon request.

16.Road Travel on Tour

Comfortable and Scenic Journeys

Our tours use a variety of vehicles to ensure your journey is as comfortable as possible, whether by car, coach, or jeep. Your seat is allocated based on booking date priority. For a truly hassle-free road trip, here are a few tips:

  • Type of Vehicles: Depending on the destination, you may travel by coach, car, or tempo traveler.

  • Seat Allocation: Seats are allocated one day before the tour and assigned by the Tour Manager.

  • Upgrade Options: You can request a private vehicle or larger coach for additional cost, depending on availability.

17.Cruises and Rail Journeys

Explore the World by Sea or Rail

For a truly immersive experience, LivetoTravel offers multi-night cruises and rail journeys as part of certain tours. Enjoy comfortable accommodations, optional shore excursions, and the freedom to upgrade cabins or rail class based on your preferences.

  • Shore Excursions: Enjoy activities beyond the standard tour itinerary by booking additional excursions directly with the cruise company.

  • Rail Journeys: Enjoy the convenience of air-conditioned seating for day journeys or sleeper berths for overnight travel. Upgrades are available at an additional cost.

18. Baggage and Belongings

Travel Light, Travel Safe

While traveling with LivetoTravel, we recommend you travel light and take utmost care of your personal belongings. Digital payments are encouraged, and we advise guests to avoid carrying valuables such as jewelry or large amounts of cash. In case of any issues, please contact the appropriate local authorities immediately.

  • Baggage Responsibility: Each guest is responsible for their belongings throughout the tour.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: Claims must be filed directly with airlines, hotels, or insurance companies in case of loss, theft, or damage.

19.Cancellation and Refund Policy

At LivetoTravel, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our travelers as much as possible. However, due to pre-booked services with various third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.), cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation. Below are the details of our cancellation and refund policy.

General Cancellation Terms

  1. Advance Bookings
    Many services are booked months in advance, and cancellations may lead to forfeiture of money depending on the time of cancellation. Third-party services (airline, cruise, hotel, etc.) follow their own cancellation policies in addition to LivetoTravel’s terms.

  2. Applicable to All Services
    This policy applies to all tours, customized holidays, and independent services booked through LivetoTravel.

  3. Cancellation Request
    Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to saniyapuri@livetotravel.co.in from the guest’s registered email ID. Once cancelled, bookings cannot be reinstated.

  4. Acknowledgment
    By booking with LivetoTravel, all guests agree to abide by this policy.

Reasons for Cancellation & Corresponding Policies

  1. Personal Reasons
    If a guest cancels the tour due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, family emergencies, etc.), the date of cancellation will be considered the date the email is received. The cancellation charges will apply based on the timing.

  2. Force Majeure or Uncontrollable Factors
    LivetoTravel reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a tour due to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other uncontrollable factors. In such cases, no refunds are provided, but guests can choose a new tour date. Any price difference must be paid by the guest.

  3. Non-Acceptance of Changes
    If itinerary changes are necessary due to unforeseen situations and the guest is unwilling to accept the changes, they may cancel the tour, and standard cancellation charges will apply.

  4. Visa Rejection or Delay
    If a guest’s visa is rejected or delayed, this will be treated as a cancellation, and applicable charges will apply. Guests can reapply, but LivetoTravel is not responsible for visa approvals.

  5. Non-Payment of Tour Price
    Guests are required to make full payment by specified deadlines. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation, with standard charges applied.

  6. No Show
    If a guest fails to show up on the first day of the tour, it will be considered a "No Show," and 100% cancellation charges will apply.

  7. Discontinuation of Tour
    If a guest discontinues the tour for any personal reason, no refunds will be issued. LivetoTravel will assist in arranging alternate services, but all costs must be covered by the guest.

  8. Room Sharing Cancellation
    For guests sharing a room, if one cancels, the remaining guest may be charged a single occupancy fee. Refunds for such fees will be processed after the tour if a room partner is found.

General Cancellation Terms

  1. Tour Price Breakdown
    LivetoTravel is not obliged to provide a detailed breakdown of the tour price or cancellation charges.

  2. Refund Timeline
    Refunds will be processed after refund from all the vendors have been received (mostly 45 days) after receiving final confirmation of the cancellation request from the guest.

1. Cancellation of Tour by LivetoTravel

In rare cases, LivetoTravel may cancel a group tour or package due to operational reasons or insufficient guest participation. If this happens:

  • You will be informed via your registered email, phone, or SMS.

  • Full refunds will be processed within 10 working days via A/C payee cheque, NEFT, or RTGS.

  • No interest is applicable on the refund amount.

  • LivetoTravel is not responsible for any additional costs related to other arrangements made independently by the guest.

  • Guests are welcome to transfer to another tour with the assistance of a Travel Advisor, subject to any applicable excess or short payments.

2. Right of Admission and Termination

LivetoTravel reserves the right to:

  • Deny or Cancel Bookings without explanation.

  • Terminate a Guest’s Tour for improper conduct, creating a nuisance, or endangering the group or others. In such cases, no refunds will be given, and the guest will be responsible for their return arrangements.

3. Transfer of Tour

If you wish to transfer your tour to a different one:

  • The transfer will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking, and cancellation charges will apply.

  • A fresh booking for the new tour must be made, and the price and discounts applicable to the new tour will be enforced.

  • Tour transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the Travel Advisor, subject to availability.

4. Merging of Tours

In situations where guest participation is low or operational reasons arise, LivetoTravel reserves the right to merge two or more tours. In such cases:

  • Seat allocation will be done based on the booking date.

5. Refund Policy

LivetoTravel will calculate refunds based on multiple factors, including:

  • The cancellation date.

  • Reduction in tour capacity.

  • Cancellation policies of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

The refund decision is final, and refunds will be issued in Indian Rupees via A/C payee cheque, NEFT, or RTGS, even for international tours. No interest will be applied to the refund amount.

Important Refund Points:

  • Credit Card/Online Transfer Convenience Charges: Non-refundable.

  • Tax Collected at Source (TCS): Non-refundable but can be claimed in annual income tax returns.

  • Force Majeure Situations: Non-refundable tour transfer or service charges may apply.

  • Visa Fees: If the tour includes a visa fee and the guest holds a valid visa, the visa fee reduction will be applied at booking or refunded upon receipt of proof.

20. Accommodation Policy

1. General Accommodation Guidelines

  • The type of accommodation provided (resorts, hotels, camps, houseboats, etc.) depends on the tour package.

  • Suggested accommodations are subject to availability, and LivetoTravel reserves the right to provide alternate accommodations if required.

2. Room Type and Category

  • Rooms are typically twin/double or single bedded, with extra beds (if required) provided as a mattress on the floor.

  • Guests can request upgrades or additional rooms for an extra cost, subject to availability.

3. Check-In/Check-Out Times

  • Standard check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Tours are scheduled accordingly. Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible at an additional cost, depending on availability.

4. Room Sharing Policy

  • Single guests sharing a room must adhere to LivetoTravel’s room-sharing policy.

  • Any disputes between room partners are the responsibility of the guests, and LivetoTravel is not liable for losses or damages.

  • Guests engaging in disruptive or harmful behavior will be required to take a separate room at their own expense.

5. Children Sharing Rooms with Parents

For the comfort and safety of families:

  • Families of three are recommended to opt for a double room with an extra mattress.

  • Families of four should consider booking two rooms, as many hotels do not allow four people in a single room.

6. Damage to Accommodation Property

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to accommodation facilities and must settle any claims before check-out. If damages are found upon check-in, they should be immediately reported to hotel staff or the LivetoTravel Tour Manager.

7. Accommodation Facilities

Facilities such as parking, Wi-Fi, restaurants, and gym access vary depending on the accommodation type and destination. Guests are responsible for paying any additional charges for these services. LivetoTravel is not liable for disruptions in service or issues with hotel staff.

8. Accommodation in Tropical/Forest Areas

In natural settings, encounters with insects or small animals are common. Guests should understand this is part of the experience and not a reflection of the property’s cleanliness.

21. Meal Options on Tour

During your travels with LivetoTravel, meals will be provided as per the tour itinerary. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we offer a mix of delicious Indian meals and international cuisine (depending on the destination).

  • Indian Meals: Our carefully curated Indian meals typically include dal, rice, roti, two vegetable dishes, a non-vegetarian option, salad, accompaniments, and dessert—giving you a taste of home, wherever you may be.

  • Local and International Cuisine: For the culturally curious, some destinations offer you a chance to try local delicacies or international dishes, making mealtime another adventure.

Special Dietary Requests

We understand that some of our guests may have special dietary requirements, and we do our best to accommodate them:

  • Dietary Accommodations: For those with specific meal preferences (e.g., vegetarian, Jain, or gluten-free), requests can be made at the time of booking. However, while we strive to meet your dietary needs, please note that at some locations or times, certain requests may not be feasible.

  • Jain Meals/No Onion & Garlic: Guests requesting Jain meals will receive meals without onion and garlic at lunch and dinner based on the itinerary. These meals may be served buffet or table-style.

  • Packed Meals: In certain locations, packed meals will be provided as indicated in your itinerary.

Meals for Young Travelers

We want every guest, including our youngest, to have a comfortable experience. For guests traveling with babies, our tours provide a basic baby meal consisting of milk, plain dal, and rice. If your child has specific dietary needs or regular baby food preferences, we recommend carrying it with you.

Missed Meals

If a meal is missed due to personal reasons, it cannot be compensated or substituted. We encourage our guests to be mindful of meal times and communicate in advance if they are unable to join.

Quality of Meals

While we work diligently to partner with reputable restaurants and eateries during the tour, please note that LivetoTravel does not directly control the operations of these venues. We strive for the best in terms of hygiene and food quality, but LivetoTravel cannot be held responsible for issues that may arise in food quality or service at third-party venues.

22. Tour Manager/s

22.1 LivetoTravel’s Tour Managers

These dedicated professionals accompany the group throughout the tour, from the first day to the last, as outlined in the itinerary. For a seamless and enjoyable experience, we strongly encourage guests to follow the instructions provided by the Tour Manager regarding tour schedules, safety precautions, appropriate clothing, necessary items to carry, meals, sightseeing, local etiquette, and do’s and don’ts. The Tour Manager is not responsible for any consequences resulting from guests ignoring or overruling these instructions.

22.2 Respect and Courtesy

Guests are expected to treat our Tour Managers with respect, as they are committed to ensuring the tour’s success and making it a memorable experience. If any service issue or complaint arises during the tour, guests should immediately notify the Tour Manager so that a solution can be reached.

22.3 Personal Belongings and Emergencies

While Tour Managers are available to assist guests, they are not responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings, nor for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the tour. As the Tour Manager is responsible for managing the entire group and adhering to the tour itinerary, they cannot personally accompany or remain with individual guests in case of emergencies. However, they will provide guidance on further processes or help with lodging complaints with local authorities. All expenses incurred due to such situations must be borne by the guest.

22.4 Lost and Found Items

If a guest’s personal belonging is lost and later found after departing from the destination, the guest is responsible for making arrangements to retrieve it through courier services and covering the associated costs. LivetoTravel and its Tour Managers are not responsible for retrieving lost items from any destination.

22.5 WhatsApp Group Communication

To facilitate smooth communication and provide clear instructions, LivetoTravel’s Tour Manager will create a WhatsApp group for the tour participants by the second day of the tour (subject to internet availability). This group will be used exclusively for sharing tour-related information and the next day’s program. If any guest prefers not to be included in the WhatsApp group, they should notify the Tour Manager immediately for alternative arrangements.

22.6 Language of Communication

On group tours, the primary languages of communication are Hindi and English. LivetoTravel’s Tour Managers will communicate in Hindi and/or English. For international tours, local guides, hosts, hotel representatives, and crew members typically speak English. Guests should be familiar with one of these two languages. In cases where guests are not fluent, our Tour Managers will make every effort to ensure they are comfortable and understand the tour details.

22.7 Limitations of Assistance

LivetoTravel’s Tour Managers will not be responsible for, nor provide assistance with, altering or amending the following:

  • The pre-decided itinerary and its inclusions under normal circumstances.

  • Flight seat assignments, as they are managed by the respective airline.

  • Coach seat assignments, which are allocated based on booking date priority.

  • Room assignments, as they are at the hotel’s discretion.

  • Any missed sightseeing due to the guest’s failure to adhere to the given schedule.

22.8 Responsibilities of the Tour Manager

Our Tour Managers are contractually obligated to LivetoTravel and are committed to delivering the highest quality service throughout the tour. However, LivetoTravel is only liable for actions taken by the Tour Managers in relation to their official duties on LivetoTravel tours. Guests are advised to refrain from engaging in any personal transactions, financial or otherwise, with the Tour Managers outside of the tour-related services.

23. Shopping

23.1 Shopping on Tour

Shopping is a significant and enjoyable part of any travel experience. Guests are encouraged to shop responsibly, keeping in mind the price and quality of items they wish to purchase. LivetoTravel does not promote or endorse any specific shop or vendor and assumes no responsibility for the items purchased during the tour. Many sightseeing spots may feature their own souvenir shops, galleries, or flagship stores. While there is no obligation to shop at these venues, guests may do so at their discretion. It is essential for guests to be mindful of the quality, quantity, and price of their purchases and to be aware of VAT refunds, baggage allowances, courier charges, shipping fees, freight costs, and customs duties, where applicable.

24. Gift Vouchers

24.1 Purchase of Gift Vouchers

LivetoTravel offers Gift Vouchers that can be purchased and given to loved ones for special occasions.

24.2 Issuance of Gift Vouchers

LivetoTravel may also issue Gift Vouchers to guests as prizes or benefits during specific promotions.

24.3 Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers:

  • Redemption: Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for LivetoTravel group tours (subject to availability) or holiday packages.

  • Validity: Each voucher has a specified validity period, and it must be used within that timeframe.

  • Usage: Vouchers cannot be split, and two or more vouchers cannot be combined for a single tour.

  • Non-transferable: Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Redemption Process: Guests must provide the digital code received at the time of issuance to redeem the voucher.

  • Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be used for one-day tours, picnics, standalone services, or tours priced below INR 20,000.

25. Guest Participation in the Tour

LivetoTravel welcomes all guests, including Indians, NRIs, and foreign nationals, to join our tours, both within India and abroad. It is important that guests be physically and mentally fit for travel and consult their physician before booking. Differently-abled guests should verify the available facilities at their destinations before booking and must be accompanied by a family member for assistance.

25.2 Safety and Fitness

The safety and well-being of all our guests is of utmost importance. Any guest who poses a threat to fellow travelers or is deemed unfit to continue the tour will be restricted from participating in sightseeing or, in some cases, asked to discontinue the tour. In such instances, LivetoTravel will assist in making alternative arrangements, but any associated costs must be borne by the guest, and no refunds will be provided.

25.3 Medical Assistance on Tour

Should any guest require medical assistance during the tour, arrangements will be made with local doctors or hospitals. However, all medical expenses will be borne by the guest. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase medical insurance that covers hospitalization and other medical expenses.

25.4 Tour Terrain and Physical Requirements

Guests should be mindful that some tours may involve rough terrain, extensive walking, uneven pavements, steps, hill climbs, or locations that are not easily accessible. Guests should ensure they are physically capable of managing these activities before booking.

25.5 Adventure and Outdoor Activities

Guests participating in outdoor or adventure activities, whether included in the tour or optional, must ensure they are physically fit to do so. LivetoTravel assumes no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps that may occur during these activities.

25.6 Special Services for Guests

Guests requiring special assistance or services must be accompanied by a family member or relative during the tour. Special services, such as a caretaker, wheelchair, or airport assistance, can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

26. Guest(s) Responsibility

26.1 Importance of Booking Information

The details on your booking form are vital as they determine the arrangements for your tour. Double-check your personal information and ensure it’s accurate. Any errors could lead to additional costs or cancellations.

26.2 Submitting Accurate Information

When you submit personal data, such as your tour date, name, passport details, and other relevant information, ensure it is accurate and up to date. Incorrect details may lead to cancellation or additional expenses.

26.3 Document Submission & Timelines

Guests should submit valid documents as per the required timelines to avoid booking issues. Keep a copy of important documents like passports, visas, tickets, and vaccination certificates both with you and at home in case of emergencies.

26.4 Original Documents on Tour

Always carry original documents such as your passport, valid visa, insurance, and tickets. In addition, photocopies of these documents should be kept for safety reasons.

26.5 Customized vs. Group Tours

Guests can select from pre-set group tours or customized holidays. For customized trips, we ensure everything is arranged, but no tour manager will be present. For an additional cost, a tour manager can be arranged if needed.

26.6 Appropriate Conduct

During group tours, guests are expected to maintain appropriate behavior. Any harmful or aggressive actions towards fellow travelers or staff could result in removal from the tour without a refund.

26.7 Legal Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for abiding by the laws of the countries they visit. Carrying illegal items such as drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action.

26.8 Punctuality

Guests must follow the tour schedule. Any missed sightseeing due to late arrivals will be the guest’s responsibility, and any additional expenses must be borne by the guest.

Guests are responsible for taking care of both private and public property during the tour. Any damages caused must be paid for immediately.
